Mrs. Garguilo has been practicing law in the Atlanta area for over fifteen years. Although she maintains a general litigation practice, she has focused her areas of litigation in Domestic Litigation (Divorce, Child Custody, etc.) and Criminal Defense (DUI, Traffic Violations, felonies, etc.). She has extensive experience with Judge and jury trials, as well as alternative dispute resolution.

Mrs. Garguilo has been a member of the State Bar of Georgia since 1994. She received her Bachelors Degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland in 1990 and her Juris Doctorate from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1994.

Mrs. Garguilo's firm is dedicated to representing people in need of legal assistance in domestic and with respect to family and criminal litigation. In addition to being a member of the State Bar of Georgia, Ms. Garguilo is also a member of the Cobb County Bar Association. She maintains a membership in the Division of Family Law in both the State of Georgia and Cobb County Bar. Additionally, she is a member of the Georgia, Atlanta and Cobb Associations of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
